The process is completely automated, allowing cleanout to take place without human entry into the silo or bin. It is a dry process meaning no water or other liquids are used. Binwhip system is a mechanical cleaning system operated with hydraulic motor mechanical boom assembly, hydraulic operated motor moves inside the silo with specialized hose. It is operated at various RPM from 0 to 900 decided by the operator from Silo top. Silo Cleaning by Using Cardox

Cardox System is totally based on the liquid Co2 .In many cases, the discharge area of the Silo provides one of the biggest challenges in Silo cleaning. Loose material has to be removed from the silo first and huge lumps of hardened cement are commonly found blocking the passageway during the extraction of material from the silo. By using the Cardox System, inside the extraction port of the silo we break the huge lumps of the cement. Cardox blasting system is a safe effective way to clear blockage and hang-ups form a bulk material handling line. Cardox is cost –effective and safe to transport .Tubes are designed to be filled, fired, rebuilt, filled and fired again.

  2. Charge the tube

    To operate, a Cardox tube is charged with a critical amount of C02 This easily done with Peneumat's Rapid- Fill Sation Which uses a positive displacement air- driven pump to fill tubes with exactly the right amount of C02 No C02 is wasted , So a fifty pound C02 bottle lasts longer.

    Place the Tube

    Cardox tubes must be inserted into the material they will dislodge. In areas where problems reoccurs, a perma nent Quik-Lok Socket Base and plug prov ides quick, secure access, To use the socket remove the plug, drill into the material, and secure the tube with the Quik-Lok Tube Clamp. Cardox tubes can also be placed direct ly in the material to be dislodged through a pothole in the vessel. Pneumat's exclusive Threaded Head accepts our heavey-duty eyebolt for secure retenton and retrieval of the tube, Anot her Peneumat exclusive shafts can be added for easy placement in 'hard-to-reach areas.

    Fire the tube

    Once tubes are secured, a charge is initiated with pneumat's Remote Energizer. This safe mobile unit allows operators to stay I safe positios at a distance while Cardox does all the work

    Rebuild the tubes

    Afte r firing and retrieval, Cardox tubes are torn down, rebuilt and recharged using Pneumat's 360' Air vise. The Vise's ergonomic des ign makes the process safer, faster, easier.
